1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using IndianFonts.in ("we", "us", "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
IndianFonts.in provides web-based tools for converting text between various Indian language font encodings (such as Unicode, Krutidev, Chanakya, etc.). We offer these tools "as-is" and without any warranty.
3. Intellectual Property
- The conversion tools, site design, text, graphics, and interfaces are the property of IndianFonts.in.
- Legacy font names (like Kruti Dev, Chanakya) and their associated trademarks belong to their respective original owners. We only provide educational tools to convert text between encoding standards.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the tools provided for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the site. Automated scraping or API access to our tools without explicit permission is forbidden.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. IndianFonts.in makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site.
While we strive for 100% conversion accuracy, language processing involves complex mapping. Users are advised to proofread converted text, especially for official government documents or printing.
6. Limitation of Liability
IndianFonts.in shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to lost text data, typing exam failures, or printing errors.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
